You don’t need to stay for the duration of the appointment; simply provide access to the property on the day. Keys can also be collected from local agents within one mile of the property
How soon will I receive my report?
Reports are typically completed and delivered within 24–48 hours of the inspection, depending on the size and complexity of the property.
